“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“Breakfast was always busy and full no matter what time we went down. Always a line for the toaster and waffle iron. Crowded and difficult to move around and reach the garbage in the corner where everyone waited for the toaster. Staff kept breakfast clean and stocked. Parking was sufficient. Room was clean. Beds were not very comfortable, had wear divets. Staff was helpful when we needed clean towels or additional toilet paper.”

The room looked like it had only been surface‑cleaned — the bathtub corners were brown, and the whole room smelled stale. Reception was the worst part. We were first sent to the Hilton side just to check out, then ended up dealing with Diego, who showed no sense of order or customer care. He served whoever walked up to his desk, even if they cut the line, stayed on his mobile phone while guests waited, and...

“1 Star Unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. When I arrived to check in, the process took nearly 30 minutes. I had my booking number ready and repeatedly explained that the last name on the reservation was different from the last name on my ID. I mentioned this at least six times, but every time I tried to explain, the front desk agent cut me off and told me to wait. Another employee overheard me mention the correct last name and found the reservation...
