Hotel vicino a Macnab Wing of the Holy Cross Hospital - Calgary

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“Weird experience, thankfully I was only there for a night. It was ok, and a big room but kettle smelt peculiar so I didn't use it. cupboards and it3ms in were not especially clean. Bathroom also wasn't clean with noticeable stains in the toilet bowl. Wouldn't stay again at that price point.”

“The staff of this hotel were amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. Probably the only drawback of our stay was there wasn’t enough USB ports and the lightning wasn’t quite bright enough for me when putting my makeup on. I can’t say enough about the amazing staff.”
