“This property is a grea place to stay. Great staff, beautiful rooms, I've never been in a quieter hotel! Work the drive to Notre Dame!”

“Was very clean except for the floor in our room was dirty and had chunks of something on it other than that everything was fine the beds were very comfortable everything was clean except for the floor and I think it was just the house keeping staff for some reason didn't clean the floor in that room other than that the place was spotless and well maintained”

“The room and property itself was very clean and well kept up! The breakfast section was very small but there are great places to eat close by, we loved the toasted turtle! We were in town for a concert and it was a good distance out of the crowds! Would definitely stay again!”

“Well we booked for 2 nights, we had a project in south bend witch was about 30 mins away. On the way up I had a radiator hose blow and put me behind on our schedule. I ended up pulling into the project site at 1:30 am to drop our trailer. I ended up making the call of sleeping in the truck because we had to be at the site at 6am. So the next day we went to hotel to check in and they said we were a no show so they still charged us for the rooms but canceled the reservation. I told her we still...

“Nice updated or new hotel only down far was finding it as it’s located behind a gas station and you have to use their parking lot to access the hotel parking lot and there was no signage indicating the best western. Bed and rooms we comfortable. Breakfast was normal complimentary hotel breakfast. Never used pool, was hoping for a hot tub but there wasn’t one at this location.”

“The hotel room was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. What I don’t appreciate is the housekeeping people waking us up on the last day. Check out is noon and we had the do not disturb sign outside the door but housekeeping knocked at 9:15 and woke us up. I told the man we are staying until checkout. Yet he came back a little after 11 and knocked again. There should be better coordination so housekeeping knows when a person has left or at the very least, honor the do not disturb sign until...

“Reserved a 2 bedroom suite. When I arrived they said the people that had stayed in it had extended their stay. Not sure how that can happen when I specifically reserved that room. No one noticed me of any changes. They did give me 2 separate rooms to make up for it but then my family was separated. Not very impressed, and there was splatter of something on the walls, the bedding was ripped. Won’t be staying at this particular hotel again. Which is a shame because we love Staybridge...

“Breakfast ended at 9 am so we didn’t get breakfast. The room when we got checked in, one of the queen beds wasn’t made. Tried to call down to the front desk but the phone had no phone cord to plug into the phone jack. ”

“Would definitely stay here again when visiting Elkhart. Easy access from highway/toll road. Easy to get to South Bend. Helpful staff. Close to restaurants. Really solid continental breakfast!”

“Ice in fridge never produced after turned on but clean room Relatively friendly staff I’m hoping I just paid the price we agreed on cause no person to checkout out with Just a phone call note to call at the front desk So I called and said 209 checking out no charges to room And they said ok About to book my daughters parent weekend with u guys ”
