“I booked a 1 bed with king...I am give 2 gween room...right away went and said something, desk tells me that's what Expedia booked for you..I showed my reservation and she said stat strange..but I can't do anything..you booked 3rd party..want Hilton points, I said I can't spend points or it won't make my bed correct...bad place...no parking and bring your laughter for breakfast..”

“This is a fresh of breath air in the hotel chain world. I’ve stayed at a two other properties by her chains over the past couple of months and they do not take care of their properties very well. I did forget until now there were a couple of things, the main shower head is rusty, I have a medical condition that makes me check the shower head before using. Also, the pool had some small like hair debris and the water was cold. Not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again if the price was...

“When arrived there was no power. While the power outage was due to a storm, we were not contacted ahead of time of the situation. They did nothing to make the situation right. The power didn't come on until 2 in the morning. We were on the 3rd floor so we had to carry our stuff up 3 flights of stairs. The hallways had no lights and we were not sorry they didn't have any flashlights. No hot water since there was no power. We were told we could open the windows, they opened about an inch. There...
