“Great room, obviously recently modernised, very clean, very quiet. Breakfast was good/hot, though the pastries werent great. The young lady looking after breakfast was fab, single handedly doing everything, and doing it very well.. Check in wasnt great, 3 people behind the desk, (2 chatting possibly about work ) and 1 couple taking foreeeever to check in. Eventually a 2nd person came free, and check in started. By the time we were checked in ( which was fairly quick), there was a huge queue...

“La camera era abbastanza piccola rispetto alle foto. La colazione nella media. Il parcheggio un furto autorizzato (14 sterline) per una notte. Ingannevole la dicitura parcheggio del service al momento della prenotazione . Caro come hotel per essere così vicino all aeroporto. ..comunque pulito. ”

“Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. Be warned this car park is VERY TIGHT and not all cars are parked well. When...

“No wi fi available. . Room basic, with bed ,1 plastic chair ,1 plastic stool no sofa. No amenities apart from a Kettle, no cups but were given.2 paper cups and t and coffee when asked at reception. 2 bath towels but no hand towels. Tiny bar of soap and 2 sachets of shower wash. Bed rock hard and very uncomfortable. When stripping bed in morning, to save cleaners a little time , discoverd why we were pulling at the quilt all night...it was a single quilt sideways in a king sized cover! ...

“Tutto sommato un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, comodo per spostamenti nella zona, diversi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Camera confortevole e dalle giuste dimensioni, bagno ben rifinito, staff preparato e cortese. Se dovessi tornare nella zona, probabilmente tornerei ad alloggiare qui, consigliato.”

“Camera bella e silenziosa in un contesto tranquillo. La tende non oscurano la camera che, dando sul parcheggio illuminato venina illuminata a sua volta redendo difficoltoso prendere sonno. La colazione è carente di dolce e non servono il cappuccino”

“Avevo prenotaro inizialmente una camera matrimoniale standard e poi ho modificato la prenotazione in premium. Se la camera a me dedicata è ritenuta "premium" non oso immaginare le standard. In realtà alcuna Premium mi è stata data.. pensano di essere furbi”

“I'm sorry to say I can't recommend the Alderley Edge Hotel. I stayed here for a business trip to the local business park, booked for two nights. The first night was fine — I slept well. My room (55, second floor) ran warm, but opening the window solved it. In the morning I noticed the shower pole had come away from the wall and was just hanging there. I flagged it at reception. It was still usable, so no real issue. The second night was a different story. The hotel was hosting an awards...
