“Open Hearth is an older facility but very well maintained and clean for a very fair price. The staff was wonderful. We liked the location in Sister Bay, and we enjoyed the amenities such as Continental breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub, multiple fire pits and outdoor furniture. They even have umbrellas for a rainy day and bug spray available for use in the lobby.”

“For 1 night it was a good stay. Staff was friendly, rooms were very clean. Beds were a little stiff. It’s just an older property but we were happy with our stay.”

“It's a well-maintained place. My room was the perfect size for me and my needs. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I arrived late but the host accommodated me, told me where to find my keys when I got there, and had taken care of my registration before I arrived. Only one disappointment: I tried to go out on the back porch but the screen door was locked and I couldn't figure out how to unlock it. “Perfect get away for a couple days. we stayed first time. Love the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Coffee was really good at the front area. Water machine and a variety of flavors to add to your water. Played bags/cornhole and ventured across the street to the private beach. Weather was a tad cooler but beautiful sunshine. Relaxed on the lawn chairs. Pool & jacuzzi was refreshing! The main front desk girl was so sweet!! Rooms were very good with balcony. Would stay again!!”
