“One of the elevators has been broken for 2 months. There is one that works and must be shared with cleaning staff. We would wait 20 mins for an elevator to the 5th floor. ”

“The sofa beds are horrible and the room smelt like rotting eggs because of the sink. Staff were friendly but did not want to switch us rooms until I told them that I would have Expedia deal with it. Parking is limited and breakfast is about what you would expect. Hot tub was warm not hot and the tubs in the room are not up to par for bathing (only showering). Decent place for a quick one night stay. ”

“Lots of fun at the water slides, very clean and updated rooms, and really friendly staff. Few things in the pool area could be updated (chairs, seating areas, floor drainage to prevent water pooling) and the rooms definitely need better coffee machines. But other than that we will definitely be back!”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”
