Being hearing impaired or server made extra sure I could hear what she was says and this is the first time anyone has done that for me. It made a good experience beyond great. We will be staying here when ever we come to visit. ”

“No real complaints. It was very clean and quite convenient. The shared bathroom was no problem as it’s not overcrowded and I never ran into anybody else. The only thing is that the outside seems to be under construction and there are a couple of loose bricks on the way down the pathway to the entrance of this place so watch your step. But that was at the time of this review. I’m sure it’ll be finished up in the near future. ”

“The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. ”

"We stayed at this large hotel located right in the heart of downtown Toronto. The staff was professional and courteous throughout our stay. Our upgraded room—one of the superior rooms with two comfortable double beds—was clean, spacious, and pleasant. Originally, we had booked a room with a single double bed, but upon check-in, we found a piece of broken glass on the bathroom floor. Aside from that issue, we were quite satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel offers good value for the price, especially considering the location and service."

"Nice hotel, extremely convenient not only to spend a night pre-flight, but also to visit Toronto (as in my case). The complimentary shuttle bus comes very handy to reach the airport (4-5 minutes) and from there the city center by UP train (25 minutes). Talking of the hotel, I really appreciate the size (big!) and the perfecr cleanliness. I'm not a fan of carpet, but I understand it's a North American thing. Much appreciated was also the complimentary breakfast (kind of continental style) with pancakes, toast and jam, eggs, sausages, yogurt, fruit snd juices. No elevator, but this hotel is on two floors only and if you can't take one flight of stairs, unless you have a physical condition, you should eat lighter. Very kind staff!"
