“The property was worse hotel we have ever stayed in.
The in room coffee machine didn't work and no coffee in the lobby. Bathroom full of mold including the vent that didn't work. The in room sprinkler room was full of rust. And the furniture looked as if hadn't been dusted in months.
We didn't feal safe and only stayed one night. I pre-paid for room for three nights through Exedia, now I have to figure out how to get my money back.
With all this being said the staff was great but never a...

“The staff was available for every thing I asked and very kind in answering. There's a full kit of hairdryers in the bathroom so if you're looking for staying there you won't need yours. There's also a really nice restaurant right below the hotel, but it's quite expensive: worth every cents because the food and the staff are amazing, but if you're tight with money I don't recommend it. Just a very little bit noisy because there's also a karaoke bar near the hotel but it's reasonable. Definitely...

“The room was so smelly, it is summer and they said they only clean it every two days.
And even after I told them it was really smells bad they forgot to clean up the room for us by saying usually people don’t ask for a clean up in the middle if they stay for two nights. They did not even ask us.
I just want my money back.”

“Lovely staff. Food was good with a burger cooked as requested. a limited menu but with enough to satisfy most people.
Room was very clean. Lighting was dim but adequate. There was a hunt for a hair dryer which is hung in a slim closet with the ironing board not in the bathroom.
Shuttle driver was pleasant The shuttle is on demand which was a bonus.
I would recommend this hotel an easy walk from the rental car site”

“Paid $100 deposit for a "non smoking room" but when we opened the door we were smacked hard in the face with the disgusting smell of cigarettes. The bed was absolutely awful and the A/C that worked well was spewing cigarettes odor into the room. When I went to check out at 830 this morning and to complain about my "non smoking" deposit, the doors were still locked. We didnt expect much, but the nasty odor and bed guaranteed we wont stay again.”

“We left so early we didn’t get to have breakfast or use the airport shuttle, which started at 6 am- the same time as our flight. As an airport hotel, it would be great if they’d offer something for folks with red eye flights.
