Easy access to downtown restaurants and events. Street is quiet and neighbors friendly, and a Hy-Vee Supermarket close.Be aware that bathroom and bedrooms are all upstairs. If mobility is an issue, be aware of arrangement. Otherwise, property is cozy and relaxing.Would certainly return when I revisit Cedar Rapids.”

“We had 8 adults and 5 children in our group for 3 nights here for a memorable Hawkeye football family weekend. It's older, eclectic and minimalist (kind of a frat house vibe) and could definitely use some TLC. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the driveway is quite steep so we were glad it wasn't icy. We did have a plumbing problem, but Elias was responsive and got a plumber on site the same day (which we VERY much appreciated). We had lots of room for all of us, and we even had plenty of...
