“Beautiful place with very friendly staff”

“We stayed room only. The room was very clean and had all the amenities you would expect. Lovely quality bathroom products too. We ate in the resturant and it was very tasty with lively staff in every interaction. Great cocktail menu too. Would recmmend in all aspects. ”

“Would love to be able to give a higher rating because there is lots of amenities in room the staff were friendly room serviced daily free WiFi lovely big garden birds and trees and in a great position to explore Ely. It was quiet and dark. Unfortunately the place stinks of stale cigarettes which as a non smoker with heart and lung conditions is very off-putting and means I wouldn't stay here again. The room was very dusty with questionable stains on the carpet and linen and yellowing paintwork....

“Room in the town house was clean an tidy, bed very comfortable. Shower and bath a very good size! The only thing bad was the noice from the main high street, as we stayed there on a Saturday night and were woken up a few times. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was lovely with a large selection. would definitely recommend a stay.”

“We loved everything about our stay here. The staff was amazing! Easy to talk to, and always available for any questions we had. The rooms were great. Big room with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“Parking was easy not so sure about secure. It is pet friendly but there is nowhere closeby where you could let the dog off as the garden opens on to the main road. Didn't see any staff apart from the manager when we arrived and that was a total fluke. the room was riddled with ants they were everywhere, i even landed up bringing some home with me. The pedal bin had'nt been washed out.”

“On arrival at Bell Cottage we were met by occupants who directed us around the corner to the owner's house. The owner was not in but able to communicate via the Ring doorbell. We were greeted warmly and told where to collect the keys to a different property with en-suite and a shared kitchen, situated to the the left of the owner's house. So a bit of confusion to start with, but the attic room we occupied was lovely, cosy, comfy and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay. ”
