“Had a good stay overall. Staff was very responsive and helpful throughout. He accommodated my request to change the room based on availability, which I really appreciated. The stay matched the description perfectly.”

“This is a 1-2 star. The room smelled, and the air conditioning also smelled. The bathroom was dirty and had stains everywhere. I was shocked because of the other reviews I read. This hotel needs a lot of work. ”

“Tried to check in, but reception advised that they did not have our Expedia booking and the hotel was full, despite the fact that we had already paid and booking showing as confirmed. The reception staff found us a room at a nearby hotel where we paid again in full for another room. Awaiting refund from hotel / Expedia.”

“New hotel with 5 star experience, everything is perfect from cleanliness to food. Professional behaviour from staff and the property is 15 minutes away from the airport. They can speed up the food order processing which took some time maybe because of LPG issues at the moment in Delhi. Overall a perfect stay.”
