“Everything was great besides are washer was broken. We packed lightly with the knowledge and washer and dryer was an included amenity. When we reported it, they said they would send maintenance up to look at it. I then received and email, it would be Monday when they could get a technician there, which was after our check out. That was my biggest issue. They were kind when I reported then will not respond to follow-emails. The resort as a whole is nice but was disappointed that they didn’t care...

“This hotel was great. The room was huge, sparkling clean and all new. The mattress was very high quality and the sheets and pillows were good. The front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel far exceeded my expectations and I will stay here again. ”

“The beach access was amazing! The pool area and loungers were awesome and plenty of them. The rooms are outdated and it was VERY loud at night. Besides the noise being the biggest complaint, overall the resort is not bad. Would consider staying here again because the beach access and view was perfect!”

“This place looks nothing like the pictures online. Everything is completely run down, with mold and broken tiles in the shower. The faucet knobs were broken, and the shower wouldn't even turn off. The carpet appeared to be 30 years old—black and sticky to the touch. To make matters worse, the beds were hard as a rock, and the staff was unhelpful when we requested clean towels or a broom to sweep the room. ”

“They lied to me the first night and put me in the wrong room. They also surge priced the room I overpaid by double the room was disgusting and barely cleaned and the whole time I was there they never cleaned my room”

“Not clean , had a water leak in the kitchen they fixed next day. No internet or WF that all, need your own WF or hotspot. Only 2 elevators in the building, pool it was ok but nothing else was offered that ice cream. For someone who called this resort …. Not resort they all. Just regular apartment building!”
