Hotel vicino a The Grand Theater - Panama City Beach

“Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

“Nice staying”

“False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend”

“Room was clean, breakfast was good, room service staff was very nice. Didn't receive 5 starts because we asked for extra blankets and front desk Dorien didn't feel like we needed one blanket per person. She gave us an attitude when I called for an extra sheet set, told me she wasn't sending up any more linens and hung up on me. Other then that, stay was good.”

“This hotel has some rooms located in front of the main building, which is where I stayed, and those rooms are very disappointing. I understand that you get what you pay for, but the hotel does not show the actual condition of these rooms in its photos. There was rust in several areas, the TV was simply sitting on a table, the stairs were in poor condition, and the concrete walkway leading to the room was cracked and felt unsafe. In addition, the room was not very clean. Overall, the room looked...

“The bathroom could have been cleaner. If employees would actually CLEAN the bathroom…Thank god I always bring my own cleaning supplies and gloves and scrub the tub myself. I have been cleaning every single time I go out of town and bring my own supplies to clean because no one cleans like yourself!!! Don’t expect anything if you don’t do it yourself!!! If you’re looking for a spotless bathroom you will have to just do it yourself!”

“We had a great experience only down fall was that out of three elevators only one worked but the staff allowed us to use the staff elevator”
