The staff was notified but there was only 1 staff member on hand and when I requested bedding change, I was told that I could get additional bedding but would have to change the bedding myself, which I did. “I didn’t even get a key card because they said the system was down. When I got to my room, it smelt like cigarettes in there, someone left a pile of cigarette butts in the drawer. I couldn’t turn the tv because I didn’t have a remote control. Smh, on the top of that, I left my charger in the room, I came back 15 min later and it wasn’t even there, housekeeper said she didn’t see one but the plug in I bought was still there.”

“The breakfast menu was delicious. They had quiche that were bites from heaven. The room was pretty clean; the tub had a stain and there were a couple of corners with accumulated dirt but nothing horrible. It was within walking distance to the mall and the closest Pizza Hut was about 15 minutes away. ”

“DO NOT STAY HERE! I showed up to check in and was told that I was scheduled to be on the third floor and that the elevator was broken. I have disability and therefore was not able to transport luggage up and down three flights of stairs. The staff there told me they would cancel the reservation and I anticipated that would be completed and I would not be charged or would be refunded. Two weeks later, I have still not been refunded my money and even after calling Expedia as well as the hotel...

“I enjoy my time but the $37 a day was a bit much I never did anything there but sleep I never even had a water there and ther take $37 a day for just sleeping. No one told me so and till the day I checked out ”
