“I was really upset because the Fire alarm woke us up at 5:30am and 7am after I had gotten in late. Come to find out it happened several mornings and it was false alarm. I was pissed because I was exhausted and had to 3 half asleep kids I drag down to the lobby only to be told false alarm. the lady at the front desk just blew me off when I complain saying its not there fault and there aware of the issue.
