“Clean room and friendly staff ”

“I was really upset because the Fire alarm woke us up at 5:30am and 7am after I had gotten in late. Come to find out it happened several mornings and it was false alarm. I was pissed because I was exhausted and had to 3 half asleep kids I drag down to the lobby only to be told false alarm. the lady at the front desk just blew me off when I complain saying its not there fault and there aware of the issue. “Excellent customer throughout my stay. Charnice at check in was very polite and informative and continued to follow up with me throughout my stay. All of the front desk personnel were also very polite. My room was clean and housekeeping was great. My only recommendation would be to include the breakfast buffet with the room charge. The quality of the breakfast is a step higher than you would find at other free breakfast hotels but I'm not sure if it's worth the $15. Other than that, no...

“The sheets had stains, the carpet had stains, the wall had stains, the lock was broken, the toilet seat was the wrong size, the breakfast was Raisen Bran and waffles. ”

“This property was a nightmare!!!! My room key was literally tossed to me without 1 word, such as the location of the room or elevator. The toilet was leaking so bad that the laminate tiles buckled and toilet water splashed each time you took a step. In addition, this hotel was apparently the local hookup spot. Noise all night long with guests coming and going. It was like trying to sleep at brothel! I absolutely would not stay here under any circumstances!”
