“Bilik dan staff so far ok, cuma yg saya tak suka tempat parking dia agak terhat … dan lift di bangunan tu kalau time check out pagi mmg crowded sangat sampaikan saya dari L13 kena turun tangga ke Level G.”

“Parking expensive ”

“The bed was very comfy and the shower had great pressure. Everything else was bad. Paint flaking on walls, all wood trim and furniture chipped and dirty, poor drainage that flooded bathroom, room safe locked upon arrival. They did unlock it a couple hours later. Breakfast was horrible. Bad coffee, watered down OJ, A loaf of white bread and steamed rice with bits of egg.”

“The room is perfect, spotless, well lighted, clean sheets, towels, and toilet. Fast wifi. Only downside is a need of RM200 deposit for 1 night, Power outlet not available at working table, had to work on the bed. ”

“This hotel is a bit run-down, for a 4 star. carpet was dirty, electricity socket was coming out of its place and various other small things. But worst of all was the level of service. i asked for a wake up call and they forgot, I needed to make a local outbound call and they said I couldn't because I didn't leave a deposit (not true), after some struggle we solved this and the following day same thing, they wouldn't let me do a local outbound call, I've had to speak to the manager. “hotel molto pulito. Ho soggiornato per lavoro. Ben collegato a mezzi pubblici per raggiungere KL, vicinissimo ad outlet raggiungibile a piedi. Coalzione a buffet ottima e abbondante. Servizio lavanderia impeccanile”

“The hotel provides good access to shopping and dinning. It is connect to 1 Utama. The room is extremely comfortable; 3 pillows, bath tub, free pantry, etc.”

“Fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain qui en plus n’avait pas de lumière … zéro insonorisation car la fenêtre ne fermait pas totalement. Personnel allongé sur les fauteuils de l’entrée ce qui ne donne pas du tout une attitude professionnelle. Passable pour une nuit mais je ne recommande pas du tout. ”

“The room is not good ”

“Good price. It had what I needed, decently clean, has hot water in the shower, wifi is good, and near a lot of restaurants and The Strand mall. Not a bad place I definitely recommend, but just know you do get what you pay for. It is definitely an old building, and things are going to be more run-down than in a 4-star hotel. Also, it didn't bother me too much, but there certainly was a little bit of a fruity/smoke smell in my room depending on the day. I don't think it's the hotel's fault...
