Di recente costruzione, situato a Indian Harbour, questo paradiso è perfetto per una vacanza rilassante. Amerai le viste panoramiche sull'open water. Tutte le camere hanno vista sul lago. Grande terrazza coperta per il tuo caffè mattutino mentre ti rilassi in riva al lago. Un grande pozzo del fuoco con sedie Adirondack per godersi S'mores in una notte rilassante. Situato a 1 ora da Dallas, la nostra casa lago ha una bellissima vista sul mare aperto, che può essere visto da ogni camera da letto, la zona soggiorno / sala da pranzo, e il loft.

Un grande ponte coperto con ventilatori a soffitto, altoparlanti surround, e posti a sedere per 12 offre uno spazio confortevole per pranzo, grigliate, relax, e guardare il tramonto.

Questa casa è completamente arredata e può ospitare comodamente 12 persone (6 adulti, 6 bambini). Ci sono 3 camere da letto, un soppalco, 2. 5 bagni e una lavanderia. La grande cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tra cui tutto il necessario per cucinare. La camera da letto, che si apre sul ponte, ha un letto king size, la seconda e la terza camera da letto sono dotate di letti queen size. Il futon si trasforma in un letto full size, ci sono due materassi singoli su un letto a rotelle e un letto singolo nel soppalco. Un materasso ad aria matrimoniale può essere utilizzato anche nel soppalco. Godetevi il camino a legna nelle notti fresche come si affacciano le pareti espansiva di vetro sul lago dal soggiorno.

The facilities are a gem of a place for a group to enjoy. The house was spotless and well equipped. The dock was perfect, we had two boats and had plenty of room. The only thing missing was a fish cleaning station. We solved that with a folding table. Highly recommend this one.

We had a great time. The property was exactly how it was described on the web site. It was clean and accommodating to all our needs as a group. It’s good for multiple family. Has an amazing view and good fishing I would definitely recommend to friends and family and if in the area would love to stay again

The lake house was wonderful, Thanks for allowing us to check in a little earlier on Christmas Day. We loved everything about the lake house, It was very clean with plenty of room and everything we needed to make us have a great Christmas, My sister really enjoyed catching all the fish she caught, We would love to come back because everyone in my group loved your place so much, Thanks to Chris and wife, Have a blessed New Year’s.

Owners were very responsive, patio very dirty/old torn cushions, they did have the cleaner come back and brush it a bit. Needs updating. Had a nice stay, upstairs states queen bed in loft but it is a blow up bed (which I didnt end up using) wasn’t too happy about that. Kitchen was very large and good for large party.

This home and property is perfect! This is our 2nd stay. Our family enjoys the views, the amenities, and a central location for all of us to gather. The kitchen is the perfect set up, open to the living and dining room over looking the lake! No one ever wants to leave!! Thank you again to the homeowners for your generosity.

Propery is beautiful! Dock is great for casting a line or sitting and relaxing! It was my favorite spot. Swimming area has a sandy bottom and was perfect for rafting and playing around! We had an awesome time!

We enjoyed our stay at this property, perfect size for 5 of us! Description of property is accurate. Correspondence with Chris was good, thanks for your quick response and recommendation. The location is great to get on the water with your boat or PWC. The ramp is narrow and steep but is very convenient. The dock could use a little TLC especially the upper portion. There are boards that are warped and are a trip hazard and stubbed toe! Also, it stated they provided 1 towel per guest, we registered for 8 guests and only had 5 towels. Glad 3 of our guests couldn't make it. The grills were dirty even though they say they will charge a cleaning fee if left dirty. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully a few more days.

This is a wonderful rental and I am sure we will be back! It has everything you need for a lake vacation. The house if very comfortable and our group had plenty room to relax. Was sad that the weather didn't allow us to us the swim area. Did fishing off the dock and caught some good fish. Hopefully on our next trip mother nature will be off somewhere else.
