“There were several restaurants, a wonderful grocery store, and of course the beach were all within walking distance. The staff were extraordinarily attentive. The muffins for breakfast were dry on one day and amazing on the next. The room didn't have any hand or body lotion like I'm used to seeing in most hotels, but the proximity to the ocean made it less of a necessity. ”

“What a gem this place is! We were upgraded to a nicer, bigger room unexpectedly upon arrival and then were walked right to our room and given lots of good suggestions about nearby spots to get food. The best part is that Beacon’s beach is just a few blocks away! ”

“Loved the poolside including the seating. Didn't really appreciate being awakened by the midnight phone call from staff asking if we were doing karaoke (?). Would have been nice to have some salt and paper available, a flat oven pan and more than a six person set of silverware.”

“I have stayed all over Southern California and this location and vibe can’t be beat! Very few kids stay here it is more for adults but my 18 year old daughter and I had the perfect time. “While paying full price for the area, the main lobby was closed for renovations, finding the check in area was not clearly marked. We were then informed the elevators were being changed and we would be on the 3rd floor. Entrance to the stairs was not found until opening a few different doors to the trash disposal.
