Englewood Cottage - with Pool/Hot Tub and Fire Pit

This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom cottage with a pastel beach theme is located at a serene spot in Englewood. Just 6 miles from Englewood Beach, nearby fishing at Lemon Bay Park (7 miles) and entertainment at Lemon Bay Playhouse (5 miles). Englewood Farmer's Market is open during season (Oct-May) on Thursdays only from 9am-1pm. Stop by for a local treat! There's a private backyard with a heated swimming pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The perfect retreat!
The space
Each bedroom has a large bed and a small bed. There is a laundry area for washing, a full-sized kitchen, dining room, and a relaxing living room to hang out in. The front and back yards are furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. Enjoy a dip in the heated swimming pool and soak it up in the hot tub afterwards. The backyard is elaborately decorated with a mini goldfish pond.

There is a highchair available by request ONLY. Please be sure to request at least 2 days before your arrival.
Guest access
Entire property is available to guests. Garage can be used as a dedicated work space.

The driveway is large enough to be able to fit two cars side-by-side and can comfortably fit a total of 4 cars.
Other things to note
**Small dog breeds ONLY and a limit of 2, must be well looked after.
**Quiet time after 10pm
**No loud parties
**No glass by the pool
**Homeowner is not liable for any accidents that occur in or near the pool. Please swim at your own risk.

We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves.

If you need anything, please contact us through the messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST.

We do our best to keep our pools well maintained however during the summer months with our daily wind and rainstorms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult. Thank you for your patience.
