Welcome to our beach bungalow. You will not beat this stunning view of sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico on Englewood Beach! Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your dock or the great Englewood Beach which is just minutes away. We’ll provide the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels so you can enjoy the warm Florida sunshine. This perfect tranquil waterfront paradise offers a unique, bright, and open floorplan. Let our home make your vacation dreams a reality!

This home has all new beautiful ceramic plank tile flooring throughout, updated kitchen with island and seating for 4 that has gleaming quartz countertops, built in desk off kitchen that has beautiful views of the water to allow you to enjoy working from home. New bathroom vanities with quartz countertop, new lighting fixtures and faucets, updated hurricane impact sunroom windows and sliding glass doors facing the back of home just to name a few of the amenities this home offers. Interior and Exterior of home have been painted and are bright and open. Open floor plan with 2 en suites that allows you and your guests privacy. The unit is within walking distance of restaurants. A perfect location for your beach vacation! Beds for 6, but air mattress can be added to accommodate up to 8 guests. Englewood Beach is only 3 miles away, Manasota Beach 5 miles, Venice Beach 12 miles. Tennis clubs & Golfing nearby all within 5-10 minutes, kayaking & fishing opportunities in the backyard, along with a plethora of wildlife to enjoy. Enjoy restaurants and bars, boutique shops, Farmer’s Markets, Art and Musical festivals located on famous Dearborn street and Manasota Key.

    Great place to work remote and vacation from.

    My wife and I worked a few days and then vacationed from this rental. There was a desk available and plenty of room for the two of us. It was perfect for the week. The inside has been nicely updated and is well decorated. The outside is functional and would benefit from some updates such as shade and a table. The rental was well stocked and had everything we needed. We had no problem hosting some friends for dinner. The location was great. There are two nice restaurants just up the street. There is also a series of parks within feet of the rental. We were able to do a 6 mile hike from the rental to the intercoastal all within woods/trails. I hope we can make it back next year.

    Best of everything

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had all the amenities you could want. Owners very easy to work with. Very clean, spacious layout, big screen TV's, large quartz countertops, etc, Very quiet neignborhood. As a bonus, down the street is 250 acre Oster Creek environmental park with great walking trails. Plan on revisiting next year.

    Great Location

    We were in town due to the death of my stepfather and to help my mom move into an assisted living facility. We needed a place for a couple of days that was close by. The house was clean, easy to access, and had ample space. Tammy communicated in a timely manner. The best part was that we were within walking distance of Farlow's on the Water, the #1-rated restaurant in Englewood, and for good reason. The food atmosphere and service were fantastic. I will definitely look at this house in the future when visiting Mom.

    A warning to boaters

    This was a nice, clean, well equipped home, located on a shallow canal, that leads to the bay and gulf. The main reason we picked this house was so that we could bring our 21ft center console boat, and have it docked out back. At home we keep our boat on a trailer, so to use it we have to drive to a boat ramp somewhere, and unload & load it each time. So we love when we find a place that has docking, and allows us to keep our boat in the water, so we can come and go for fishing,cruising,etc, whenever we desire. But for us, there was a major snag. Our boat would not fit under the bridge near the home, that allowed access to the gulf and bay. Ive never encountered a bridge that my boat couldn't pass underneath. Our boat is a 21ft Robalo center console with a fixed T-top. We do have a radar unit on top, which adds slightly to the height. However, after speaking with the lovely lady who lives next door, I doubt our boat would have cleared the bridge without the radar. The neighbor, who has a similar size boat with fixed T-top, said they had to have their T-top altered to shorten it, so their boat could get under the bridge. In the house description, the owner states "Boating: if you love to boat this is the house for you, just minutes to the Gulf...To get to the gulf you’ll go under two bridges". There is actually only one bridge, but unless your top folds down, you might not be going under it. Please post that info in your ad.

    Nice October getaway!

    We had a great time on our short, 3 day getaway! The home was furnished with everything we needed and super clean. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. Anyone staying here would definitely enjoy their time.
