“We were looking for a place close to family and this location was perfect. We completely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Even though Englewood Beach was closed during our visit, it was still a close drive to the nearest open beach and we were happy to get some beach time in February instead of snow.”

“It was a very cute cottage . It was well stocked . Plenty of dishes ,cups , coffee pot etc. the towels were plush . Great set up and nice size . The host gave us plenty of space , didn’t know they were there . Communication of instructions for parking (3 spots) check in etc all good. Pleasant stay convenient to town 👍”

“Absolutely LOVED this place! So many nice touches by the hostess. Fresh vase of flowers, a lovely dessert and a bottle of wine greeted us upon entering. Nicely stocked kitchen for cooking was a plus! Having our boat at the back door was awesome! We spent pretty much our entire vacation on the water all day! One of our best vacations in the nearly 20 years we've been visiting the area. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“If I could give the Flamingo’s Nest 10 stars I absolutely would. Heather is an exceptional host, very laid back and welcoming to the property. Easy check in and check out process. The Flamingo’s Nest gave me a very homey feeling and came fully equipped with what you need during your stay. The cabana on site is readily available with what you need for the perfect beach day! “This was a great stay. It was very clean and seemed like a brand new renovation. They provide plenty to do from two bicycles for cruising, a few kayaks and indoor games. The kitchen was stocked if you chose to stay in and cook. Lastly, the hosts were great to work with. We will stay again. ”
