“Room was ready when we arrived. But the door jam was broken so it wouldn’t latch to lock without using the key. So every time we left the room, we would have to lock the door using a physical key. It would be nice for that to be updated. The beach access was wonderful and so convenient. There were chairs and other beach accessories available for use. Some were broken and things could be repaired there. Overall we enjoyed our short stay and would recommend for the beach access alone! Very quiet...

“Has potential, but definitely needs improvement. Check-in instructions not rec'd 24-48 hrs as indicated on booking. Had to message them. No instructions if parking area full (VERY limited) - you have to pay if you park on the street. Air conditioner old & rattled so loud we couldn't sleep (room 101). Moved to 106 (mini split, much quieter). Both rooms had multiple lightbulbs burned out. Wifi was spotty at best. The rooms were clean, and had a fridge, some dishes & coffee maker. The rain...

“L'hotel si trova a 100 metri dalla spiaggia di Dania Beach, in una zona tranquilla ed è adattissimo per una vacanza rilassante. La struttura è in stile caraibico-americano, possiede un ampio giardino con un barbecue a disposizione degli ospiti. Inoltre offre gratuitamente i teli mare, nonché alcune biciclette, molto comode per andare sul trafficatissimo lungomare di Hollywood lungo la pista ciclabile lungomare. Consigliatissimo.”
