“Property was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were actually able to check in a half hour early, which we were happy about! Very comfortable stay near UAB/Children’s Hospital, and a short drive <8 mins down the road to Avondale Brewing Company (which we visited for a concert). Great location. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Birmingham!”

“There was hair all over the bathroom floor and toilet in the first room given. The second room had a disintegrating lower wall and molding around the AC unit. The desk chair was about to disintegrate with a peeling plastic cover. The breakfast and pool are falsely advertised. The entire hotel needs a deep cleaning. There is a slight mildew/moisture odor.”

“The room was clean. There was not much body wash left in the shower container. We had to ask for coffee for the in room Keurig (there was only tea) Very disappointed that there was no free breakfast. Charge was $32 for breakfast that they used to serve for free. We also witnessed a staff member sleeping in a corner on a chair. Not sure if she was on break but wasn’t a good look.”

“The hotel, staff and the room was nice and clean. I didn’t like that you had to pay $20 per night to park. My other complaint was the breakfast. I was very disappointed. No fruits, the food was bad. Only had a biscuit on a paper plate and a coffee. I walked over to the Hilton Garden’s breakfast. OMG!
