“This place was reasonably priced and had almost everything we needed. Fridge in the room and microwave. The only thing I wish they had was a safe in the room. Other than that, everything was great.”

“It was a clean, quiet room and the bed was comfortable. We did not hear the interstate, which was a nice surprise considering the close proximity. Our only complaint was that the ice machine had dirty looking ice...but we did report it. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool & hot tub, and missed breakfast. They also allowed us a late checkout for a very reasonable price compared to other hotels that we've stayed at.”

“Shortly after booking I received a text inviting me to checkin online to save time- which I did. This included uploading a pic of my drivers license, vehicle plates and payment info. When I arrived, instead of picking up my room keys, check-in process was very strange and uncomfortable, with the male attendant insisting on showing me the room prior to checkin. He expected me to go inside with him and have a look around. The elevators weren't working so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs....

“Older, but very pretty property! Rooms clean aside from the pizza left in the fridge from a previous guest. At the time of check in the front desk agent gave very poor directions to our room, was not friendly what so ever, and when we could not find our room she proceeded to tell us "well I gave you directions." Other then the older gal at the front desk, our stay was great!”

“We come to Fort Collins often and after our first stay here, we will be back! The room was clean and comfortable, very spacious which is nice for our little one to play. The breakfast bar was great with several options. The hot tub and sauna were a plus!”

“Expedia had the wrong check-in time; I arrived just after 3:00, intending to check in and shower before a meeting, only to be told that check-in was at 4:00 and my room wasn't ready. The desk clerk, who appeared to be high, offered me another room when I told her I needed to make it to a 5:00 meeting. I unloaded my vehicle and went up to the room, but although the key card worked, the door wouldn't open. When I went back to the desk, towing my luggage on the cart the whole way, the clerk testily...
