“Weird check in process where they show you the room before signing you in? I prepaid on a nonrefundable reservation so had no real choice not to say it looks fine! The room was basic, bed surprisingly comfortable and a/c worked well, large tv, carpet stained but otherwise dated but clean. not many food choices at breakfast but coffee was hot. ”

“Hotel is run down lots of homeless people around the area. Hotel staff makes the reservation work just to put you on a do not rent list. No hot tub. Hotel staff is rude and mumble under their breath when working with you. Terrible place.”

Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. “You're right in the heart of downtown within walking distance of just about everything. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The dinner at Ace Gillett's and the brunch in the hotel lobby were outstanding. We will definitely be back!”
