“Breakfast was good; room was very clean. However, after getting ready for bed, and hoping to watch the large-screen TV, I discovered there was no remote control. I called the front desk; the sole person on duty was unable to bring me a remote, and I didn’t want to get redressed to go to the front desk. “I book 2 queen with microwave and fridge because my son has a special needs and he has medicine that needs to put into the fridge And the owner eats special things so it has to be warm up in the microwave On arrival, they said they don’t have queens room that have microwaveis only the king So they switch me to king with asking me is a case of four of us wanna reach upstairs I saw that they switched me to a king. I went back and try to talk to them cause it’s a room of four people they saying...

“Everything is good”

“We arrived at the hotel early and we were allowed to check in early which was very accommodating. We were initially in a ground floor room, but we requested to be in a higher room and they did oblige. The property was clean and the new decor was very beautiful. The staff was friendly and professional. Would recommend.”

“They charge Elite members $25 for early check-in. It was 1pm. They had the room but didn't want to offer it complimentary. Marriott Elite offerings have gone down over the years, so I started booking Hilton who has no problem offering me an early check-in. They do not offer daily housekeeping, so not sure where that money is going. The fitness room had 2 elliptical machines out of order. The rooms are dated. This is my last stay at Marriott. I am canceling the Canada hotel and booking Hilton....

“Staff was professional and responsive. I DID get charged $25./night for parking in a HUGE surface lot shared by 4 hotels, and I drove around a lot before finding a space pretty far from my hotel.”

“The management canceled the reservation without any notice. It was very inconvenient to me. I was looking forward for having a time to myself with a hot tub in the room to myself for few days. It was disappointing ”

“Affordable parking was difficult, we ended up using a third party for parking and got a ride to the hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and all the staff were extremely friendly. We were very happy with the room we got for the price we paid. Breakfast was decent, and there are plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel for other meals. ”
