Room was up to expectations, however it would be nice have had a 'real' Pillow on the bed as the ones provided were a little squares and hard to sleep on. Also it would have been nice to have had more that one washcloth in the room. All in all however, it did meet all expectations for a place to rest your head with close to room parking. “Old building reminiscent of a Motel 6. Right next to a loud, busy road and neighboring industrial lot. No elevators, room access was from the outside and had to walk around the building to find the stairs. The room windows all face the outside walking path so you'd have to close the blackout shades completely to avoid other guests looking in as they passed. "Breakfast" was a joke. Held in a separate downstairs room only accessible from an outside door (like all the rooms) and not monitored but...

“Great location, close to downtown. Beautiful view of Lake. Either side of property is empty & looks like they may develop it.”

“The proximity to both the Amtrak station and the downtown area is excellent. I will stay at The Maverick most anytime I am in Klamath Falls!”

“The property is an old motel with minimal if any improvements. The sink in my room had a large unsightly crack in it . I never did get hot water out of the faucet. Not that I used it but the shower curb was poorly caulked and unsightly. The bed was serviceable but that was about it. Wouldn’t recommend staying there.”

“Classico motel americano, camera pulita, ma la colazione era praticamente inesistente..solo un dolciume confezionato e dei cereali. A parte questo il motel è stato comodo ”

“Conveniente ma un po’ trascurata la camera( coperte bucate). La colazione in pratica non c’è, è servita nel box del check in con caffè e qualche merendina non troppo buona.”
