“The hotel is in the downtown. It is in the closed or covered old market area of Kayseri. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. The hotel is excellent.”

“Once again it was confirmed the great comfort and quality of this structure. My room was very large and comfortable with all the necessary for good resting and some space for residual job activities after the long day. Only problem related to the not easy or effective setting of the heating system...maybe related to the corner position of the room that may result generally colder. Spa should be better....nothing really special and not really cleaned, also due to users maybe. Restaurant is good...

“Ci sono stati un po' di problemi di comunicazione e per trovare il posto giusto, perché è venuto fuori che la suite prenotata non era all'indirizzo indicato ma in un altra location, a qualche minuto di macchina di distanza. Una volta arrivati al posto giusto, è venuto fuori che la casa era stata preparata per 2 persone e non per 3, nonostante noi avessimo prenotato per 3 persone. Il problema è stato comunque risolto: ci hanno portato e preparato un nuovo letto con lenzuola e asciugamani. La...
