The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

Less than 2 minutes to I-25. Minutes to Boulder, Downtown Denver, DIA, Fort Collins, Estes Park, Loveland, Longmont, many hiking trails. Less than 1.5hrs to ski resorts.

Spacious 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Study area, loft, central A/C, water softener, attached garage. All furnished including hot tub, washer and dryer. Gourmet kitchen with center island, double ovens, seating counter, and bright dining room.

This was the perfect location for our family to gather while visiting relatives in the area. The home provided plenty of privacy for everyone, yet offered wonderful spaces for us to spend time together. It was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed—paper products, cookware, linens, and more.KT was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions right away. The available garage was a huge bonus during snowy weather, and the hot tub added a relaxing touch to our stay.We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again!

We came to visit my daughter in Colorado and needed a large space for several family members. This property has large family and kitchen area. Master bedroom and one other bedroom has bathroom off their bedroom. Just know all bedrooms are upstairs and there are several stairs to manage. That was the only issue we had since my mom was elderly but it worked out. Close to main roads but not many restaurants very close. You do have to travel 15-30 minutes.

Fabulous Family Celebration!

This property provided the perfect place for our family to gather to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The neighborhood was beautiful, including a great pool. The home was spacious, with all of the amenities needed: linens, soaps, dishes, a coffee station. There was even a crib and highchair, so would consider a trip with my Grandchildren . The host even provided some treats and drinks. When we had a minor issue with a circuit breaker, the property manager was immediately responsive. The location was excellent, with nearby supermarket, walk in emergency center, and less than an hour to the mountains/attractions. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay!

This house is perfect for a large family. There was plenty of room for our family of 7 adults and 2 small children. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to a park for the children and a walking trail. The beds are so comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. We just felt at home. KT is a very gracious and helpful host. She is very responsive and answered questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to others.

Perfect Bed Set-up

We stayed for my son's graduation from CU Boulder. Beautiful drive into Boulder making 30 mins. seem like 15. Beds were super comfy. Grilling setup was perfect and plenty of seating for our party of 9. Very well stocked with incidentals. Definitely going to use this property when in town again.

Convenient location & lots of space

We were in town visiting our daughters and this house gave us plenty of room and a convenient location for the Thanksgiving weekend. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us and the kitchen had all the cooking and baking pans and utensils we needed. We had easy access to everywhere we wanted to go as well as countless options on Door Dash for deliveries. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great location and beautiful property

The home was clean and beautiful. Very well stocked with what we needed to cook and they had an air fryer too. Lots of room for my family to enjoy our stay. The neighbors were very nice and we had no issues. The community pool was large and accommodating, a bit to far to walk but was only a short drive. We will defiantly be back.

Spacious Home with Communication and Cleaning Shortcomings

The home itself was a pleasant surprise. The spacious living area was perfect for our group and provided a comfortable gathering space. However, our experience was impacted by several issues. Communication with the host, while prompt, lacked essential details about the property. We felt unprepared for our stay due to the absence of a clear check-in time, inconsistent information in the listing, and a complete lack of a household manual. A delay in the cleaning/turn-over process added unnecessary stress to our arrival as we were not able to get into the rental and had to wait outside for 90 minutes. Additionally, the property was noticeably short on basic cleaning supplies. A week-long stay without a vacuum or functional broom was inconvenient and made maintaining the home clean challenging. Upon arrival, we also found the home in need of dusting and a deeper clean. The space and convenient surroundings were positive aspects of our stay. The check-in, communication, and cleanliness would prevent us from recommending to others.
