“It’s was very unclean”

“Classico motel americano; stanza con buona metratura ma con bagno piccolo. Discreta la pulizia ma insonorizzazione inesistente. Colazione quasi sufficiente. Ok per una notte per il prezzo della camera.”

“La struttura è un motel anche se non si capisce dalla descrizione, le camere non sono nuove come in foto ma vecchie e puzzano di muffa. Bagno fatiscente ”

“The television was nice, but programming was limited...you really need your own streaming login to watch much. Breakfast was excellent, as is typical for Hampton Inn.”

“It is a basic room. The staff are helpful when you pointed things out such as the water bottle left in the room was open and used, the shower soap dispenser was empty etc. The staff were quick to fix the issues. All in all, it is what you would expect from the property. It may be the region but the value/$ is low. The room cost around $250/night”

“Room was not clean. Stains on sheets and comforters. Floor dirty as well as tub. I complained but nothing was done. On the second night we were there I asked for my room to be cleaned during the day and it was not done. I asked for towels and washcloths 3 times before I got them. AC was turned off in the room when we arrived, and it took about 4 hours for our room to get cool. I will never stay at this hotel again.”

“The price was definitely more reasonable than hotels in Corning and room was clean enough, but bathroom definitely needs better maintenance. Nice grassy sitting area off of parking lot. No coffee or other food available, but a Panera and Starbucks were nearby for breakfast.”

“We stayed here for one night while visiting Corning. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean, and the innkeeper was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodations weren’t as historic or charming as we’d hoped. The property could benefit from a bit of a refresh. That said, it was comfortable, served its purpose for a one-night stay, and offered good value thanks to its convenient...

“We didn’t know the hotel was doing renovations so our hallway was very noisy with fans. The rugs were being shampooed and cleaned in any empty rooms and hallway. But it could have been worse. We did have breakfast one morning in their dining room which was very good. The hotel was within walking distance to the Gaffer District and other sites in the area, very accessible.”

“Rooms are okay for price but not reflecting the high rating given to them. However, restoration work is going on in this hotel where painting and other disgusting smells all around the common area. This is not mentioned anywhere. So disappointed.”

“Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Our initial room smelled poorly, but it looked clean. They moved us to a different room and that was much nicer. The location was super near restaurants and retail stores. Really lovely!”
