“Perfect home for families… the kids have the entire 3rd floor to themselves with 3 beds, tv, desk and plenty of room to play. “This home has the potential to be truly spectacular, but it is not due to inadequate maintenance and attention to details. Examples: lights on lanai around pool do not work, no Keurig, can lights in kitchen either were out or didnt match with other lights, wine glasses didnt match, shower curtain very cheap quality, mold on shower inner tile, bedroom blinds too small to cover sliding door, and so on. “Friendly folks who give you a big breakfast in the morning. There's no A/C, but you can plug a surprisingly fast ice machine in for a cold drink, and really the ceiling fans are enough. The power went out (PG&E, ugh) but it came back in about an hour. It is a rare occurrence so I guess we got lucky.
