“The room was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. My only complaint is while the towels were large enough and very soft they did not absorb water very well. The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better”

“Pull into the parking lot and you can tell right away it’s the place to bring a prost itute or find drugs. Was approached by a black man as soon as I stopped my vehicle! Trash and filth surrounding the building. Stained and dirty walls. Stained and dirty sheets, mattress protectors, and mattress. Ancient heater and ac that looked hazardous. Disgusting and unsafe.”

“We had a medical emergency and they were great to work with. The employee who checked me in on June 4th was stellar and really embodies customer service.”

“Hotel molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Molto meglio degli hotel appartenenti a catene commerciali presenti nelle vicinanze. Camere spaziose, pulite e curate, alcune con una bella vista sul fiume (non la nostra). Il casinò, pur essendo nella stessa struttura, è ben diviso dall’hotel rendendo facile l’accesso ma mantenendo la privacy dell’hotel. Super consigliato”

“Upon arrival we were given a room key to the wrong room. Despite our reservation being booked over one month in advance we were given a room in the basement. The front desk staff seemed bored with the confusion over our room key. Booked was a room with two Q beds, we were given a room with one bed. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have never encountered such unfriendly hotel staff. Making up for this was the serving staff and bar staff. They were exceptional! “Paul and his staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful! Lovely old stately home converted to BnB, with delightful breakfast next day. The suites are large and very comfortable and just dripping with classic furnishings appropriate to a late 19th century stately home.”
