“Buon motel, camera spaziosa, bagno buono, finalmente un condizionatore che non fa rumore. Internet ok. Colazione buona ma migliorabile. Adiacente al motel alcuni fast food. ”

“This is always our go to hotel for when we visit my family. However this time there were a few issues with cleanliness. There were makeup stains on our sheets and dead flies in the window. We will stay here again but hope to see an improvement in those areas ”

“Hotel molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Molto meglio degli hotel appartenenti a catene commerciali presenti nelle vicinanze. Camere spaziose, pulite e curate, alcune con una bella vista sul fiume (non la nostra). Il casinò, pur essendo nella stessa struttura, è ben diviso dall’hotel rendendo facile l’accesso ma mantenendo la privacy dell’hotel. Super consigliato”

“L'hotel non è molto curato e si trova in una zona in cui non c'è praticamente quasi nulla da vedere. Scelto solo perché si trova a circa 1 ora e mezzo di macchina da Lake George. Personale sbrigativo e non molto cordiale. Non ho apprezzato per niente il fatto che ci siamo camere fumatori accanto a camere non fumatori, nei corridoi c'era sempre puzza di fumo, anche con le finestre aperte. Non c'è l'ascensore (anche se sono solo 3 piani...quando ci sono le valigie da portarsi dietro risulta...

“The room was quite spacious and a perfect size for two people. However, the customer service was a bit of a letdown. We were in town for a wedding and found that the ironing board in our room was broken; despite calling and requesting a replacement, no one ever followed up. I also noticed that the staff seemed frequently distracted by their cellphones. “The room smelled like a very old ashtray. Not overpowering, but noticeable. The bathroom was small, but functional. One problem was the shower. The shower door would mot stay closed, the handle was in a spot that required you to fully be in the shower to turn the water on, and there was a metal tray on the shower floor that sounded like rain on a tin roof. Which was loud enough to wake my husband and keep him from falling back to sleep. Even with the bathroom door pulled closed. ”

“They do not have thick blankets (only a top sheet). I was cold at night. The heat woked great but I prefer a blanket.”
