Riad Mimouna - otima posizione centrale - situato sul mare
Ottima Riad situata all'interno della medina e vicino a tutti i luoghi di interesse che sono raggiungubili a piedi in circa 10/15 minuti. Splendida la terrazza all'ultimo piano della riad che si affaccia sul mare. La camera (standard - non vista mare) era spaziosa e confortevole. Il bagno carino, aveva qualche problema con lo scarico della doccia. Buona pulizia, ottimi letti e buona colazione. Personale disponibile e cortese. Le camere vista mare e soprattutto le suite erano fantastiche (molto spaziose, bagni ampi con bidet).

Un lugar con una arquitectura muy bonita. Esta situado dentro y al final de la Medina con una bella mirada desde la terraza superior. El personal del lobby fue diligente y cortes. La habitación estuvo bien. Confortable y básica. El personal de las cámaras fue muy amable. El desayuno fue muy básico. El restaurante es bueno.

This Riad was right next to the sea. The views were fabulous from the sun deck. There was also a great indoor sun lounge if too chilly outside. Both were next to the restaurant which also had excellent views and the food was also good. The room was comfortable, clean and had windows which was a welcome bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Essaouira was much more pleasant and cleaner than Marrakech. The woodworking area definitely worth a visit. It has a great beach although the sea was rather cold! Good selection of restaurants.

Unbelievable beautiful view from the room facing the ocean. Food was very good too. Only negative is that they publish having airconditioning in the rooms well they do not, not nice. But with the ocean air was good enough.

Tout était parfait excepté le matelas qui est très très fermé voir dur et les oreillers pas à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel. Sinon la vue de la chambre , le resto et la terrasse sont magnifiques . Je recommande cette riad au cœur de Essaouira :)

We arrived and we were given a room that was different from the one we paid for. The room we were offered was half of the price of what we paid. The property staff including the manager told us that that is what they received from the agency that represent Expedia and they showed us the document they received from Travel Councilling group. The problem we had is the property did not offer any help to solve the issue, they asked me to go call Expedia to figured it out. That was a poor service to client. I spent one hour with Expedia Agent over the phone and at the end I accepted to pay extra money to get the room I wanted. This was a poor experience . Expedia must revise its agreement with its intermediary in Morocco as even Expedia staff could not reach neither the agency nor the property management.

The views from inside the room were spectacular. The beach and ocean waves are right under your window. However, in order to walk/swim in it, you have to walk 30 minutes around the town to get to it. The beach has some trash floating around it. The TV channels are great when you need a break from all the vendors of the medenia. Breakfast was great but i believe the hard boiled egg made me sick... thats how i know the TV selection was great. Room service was fast but the spaghetti bolenese is not the chefs strong suit. Overall, i would stay here again. I would bring a dive mask and stay away from the eggs.

Le réceptionniste du soir catastrophe
Catastrophes je regrette et je déconseille service de réception du soir catastrophes y’a un type ils se croit lui le boss un menteur hypocrite ils sais dire que oui simplement ils sert à rien j’ai demandé papier génique il m’a même pas servie il m’a dit que le parking ces au nom de l’hôtel finalement j’ai payé heureusement le bagagiste était avec moi puisque le gas du parking m’a demandé un prix atroce j’oublie pas cette mésaventure franchement j’ai demandé le numéro du boss personne de l’équipe soit du restaurant ou du matin me voulez me le donner pour lui faire savoir se qui se passe dans ton hôtel

Front desk staff were superb and couldn’t help enough - friendly, helpful by booking Taxi’s and v attentive. They were excellent. Room service was also good. The staff serving in the restaurant / rooftop bar were slow, inattentive and on one occasion we were waiting 30 minutes for a round of drinks, and had to chase them twice. This was regular over 3 nights.

Pas très propre, manque l’aspirateur !! Superbe vue pour le petit déjeuner et sur la terrasse Froid dans la chambre, très mal isolé contre le vent, meubles vétustes
