Hotel vicino a Essex Police Museum - Chelmsford

“Very handy location close to where we needed to be in Chelmsford. Certainly more room that a budget hotel wih everything you need, including safe parking.”

“Upon arriving at the property, I called the host asking for details on how to access the property. He claimed to have not been able to contact me as Expedia/Hotels.com didn't provide contact details - odd how every other hotel sends me multiple messages. He then asked for ID,something I've never been asked for in any previous check-in. I'd already paid to stay and wasn't hugely impressed by the host's attitude. “If your looking for an overrated hotel then this is your place!!! Dated old dirty pillows, hair in the bed, chips in the mirror bed so uncomfortable you might aswell sleep on the floor dirty towels, don't get me started on the parking fee aswell, 9 pound! Reception staff on arrival grumpy as hell! Reception staff when leaving very nice and helpful shame they wasn't working when we arrived! Overall wished we had just booked a Premier inn that worked out cheaper with decent beds aircon and all that...

“La struttura è molto pulita e comoda ai servizi pubblici, personale eccellente”

“Is near at center city and station bus -train”

“Everything was lovely and the front staff so very helpful. The only thing I would say about was the sound on the TV it was very muffled all the time no matter what we put it up to. We liked it so much we booked another night. I DO NOT AGREE WITH The extra PAYMENT FOR PARKING. @£8.00 Per night. Thank you. Teresa Dobinson.”

“Nice stay. Clean. Helpful staff. Nice but not great breakfast. Plus having a traditional pub across the car park. Otherwise nothing else close. Would stay here again if in area.”

“Comfortable hotel in the countryside, high quality of restaurant.”

“Excellent stay, excellent room, excellent restaurant, excellent welcoming in Maldon. ”

“No checking in service at all. No prior instructions were given. We were helped into our apartment by the lady who owns the jewellers downstairs. We were woken at 6.45am on a Sunday to the sound of scaffolders and a traffic management company setting up to commence install scaffolding at 7am on the building we are in with no prior communication from the host this would be happening otherwise I wouldn't have booked there. By 8am there was a workman outside my first floor bedroom window so I had...
