“My room was no where near clean. Not only was there multiple urine stains on the toilet seat, there was also a fecal stain that was also not cleaned IN the toilet. How do you not clean the TOILET? ”

“Our group of 6 girlfriends had an amazing stay at Saybrook Point Resort & Marina. From the moment we arrived, we knew the weekend was going to be very special. The staff was always warm & welcoming. “The rooms were clean although some spots (like the shower head) could have used some upgrades. The pool was small but it worked well and was warm. Unfortunately, the walls were thin because if your neighbor decided to be loud, you could easily hear it. The breakfast was great although while we were there, the warm food choices ran out. The staff we interacted with were pleasant. And parking was easy. I would recommend this hotel for a quick stop like we used it for. ”
