“We stay here quite often. It’s clean and convenient for our visits to Denver every six weeks for work. Two suggested improvements: 1. Towels are frayed and even have some holes in them; and 2. Why they don’t recycle is beyond me. It frustrates me each time we stay.”

“This is a great property. We stayed 6 nights. Wonderful Public Areas with different seating areas. Sleeping rooms are well appointed and quiet. Never heard any hall or outdoor noice. We grabbed a quick lunch in the Cafe and the food was excellent. Only recommendation would be to have carpeting cleaned in Public Areas. Overall great experience.,”

“Our smoke free room smelled of smoke. Opened the door and old smoke smell hit us in the face!”

“The hotel was great. Dining available in the hotel and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was nice, but do not pay for views because you'll be looking at the construction on the block. The only thing I did not like was the cooling device/refrigerator. It is more of a space for drinks and does not stay cold enough to truly keep food cold. Other than that, it was a great visit! ”

“Breakfast buffet was tasty. Weight room limited but it is a hotel. Air conditioner was loud and bed was in front of the outlet and I didn’t like feeling the cool air blowing on my face.”

“This is a GREAT hotel. Rooms and public areas are spotless, like new and FUN. Staff was very professional and accommodating. Parking Staff very helpful on a very busy street and almost no wait to pick up the car when leaving. ”

“I traveled with friends, and they arrived before me so I arranged for one of them to check in. They were able to check in, but something must have happened in the system bc the next day we had another guest have access to our room. Luckily we were in the room (and clothed) when the new guests tried to enter, and we went to the front desk to remedy the situation. “I checked in and out within 20 minutes. I have never felt so unsafe in my life. The building was dirty and smelled like smoke. The room did not look like the images and was in a bad area. The main reason I left was because of the men wandering the outside halls screaming. The only good thing about this place is the woman at the front desk. She was so kind about my bad experience and did everything she could to make sure I was put in contact with the right people for a refund. Really hoping...
