“The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away. My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here.”

“Lovely spacious room with modern clean bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, the full English set us up for the day! We would definitely stay there again, really close to the Cliffs Theatre, so brilliant for staying over after a show.”
