“AVOID. We booked this accommodation months in advance for a work trip, yet on the day of arrival the property left my team completely in the lurch. We called the number provided on the booking to confirm our arrival time and were told there was no booking on their system. Moments later we received a cancellation notification through the Hotels.com app, which clearly showed that a booking did in fact exist.
