“Went well, a bit out of the way but that was the idea.”

“Room and bathroom newley renovated with lovely linens and fluffy towels provided. It had an ensuite, tea/coffee and kettle, a small fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, table and wardrobe. If you are a light sleeper you might struggle as there was a noise that went off frequently during the night (perhaps related to pub refridgeration or building heating?). Also the roman blinds needed to be put down in the bathroom to use the toilet due to it overlooking the parking space. Otherwise lovely stay and good value...

“Staff were fantastic. We had to get moved out of our first room due to bad sewer smell from bathroom. The second room was dated, dilapidated. Shower door handle loose, rain shower head broken and sprayed everywhere. Cracked tiles on the step to the bathroom. Stain on carpet under desk, bed was so uncomfortable, it was like a mattress that most would throw out. Not sure why more money isn’t being spent on the “servant quarters” bedrooms as this place had a great reputation. Maybe some of the...

“Absolutely fabulous we stayed in a family room (5 of us) absolutely every we needed in the room kitchen with everything in it. Could not complain about anything the kids had a wonderful stay not far from city centre on top of everything. ”

“Mancava l'acqua calda; abbiamo chiesto alla reception e ci hanno detto che il guasto sarebbe stato risolto in 10-15 minuti. Purtroppo non è stato risolto. Il termosifone della camera da letto non era funzionante. Abbiamo chiesto il prezzo del taxi per l'aeroporto e ci hanno dato un'informazione sbagliata. Fortunatamente abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte”
