“My room was dirty and filthy around the couch and dressers. The let out couch had no sheets or covers. The matress and couch pillows were nasty with stains on the couch and matress. The ac was loud and the vent was damaged with missing pieces from the cover. 2 TV's only 1 remote control, dresser drawers were broken and damaged. ”

Our room was super spacious and gorgeous. Great shower and scrumptious smelling bath products. Awesome kitchen on 2nd floor with quick breakfast items and a gourmet coffee machine was a huge plus. Concierge was fantastic with some superb dining recommendations in walking distance. Only small complaint was there was some...
