Hotel a Estate Hawksnest

“We really wanted to love everything about this place, but the service is the worst that I have ever experienced at any hotel! They did a great job with the branding and marketing but unfortunately the experience does not live up to the expectation. The staff seemed like they really didn’t want to be there and the food was terrible at all of the restaurants. “Nice place, Very clean and Quiet and Nice views. I just wished the store stayed open later. If not, they should have vending machines for the late night.”

“It’s ok for the price, hard to travel to and from when it comes to town, the best part is the airport is next door and the staff was great, the hotel need updates,& the gym is a no go…most likely I will never stay there again…”

“The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa.”

“The staff is the shining star of Emerald Resort. The resort is in need of updating, it has a great location and all the rooms face the beach but it is rundown. Which gives off as not being clean. At breakfast one of my travel companions' breakfast came with butter packets and one of the butter packets had already been used. Plus the sugar bowl had empty packets in it and the jelly packets had food smeared on the bottom which says they reuse them for other guests.”

“This property is rented as a waterfront view. Half the time you’re there you will be looking directly at the side of a cruise ship that completely blocks any view of any water. I don’t know how this was overlooked when describing the property, but I think that everybody should know this before booking a waterfront room here.”

“Tutto sommato e' stata una buona esperienza. L'hotel si trova in una baia molto bella ma comunque un po' distante dall'aeroporto e dal centro. Il ristorante e le attrazioni del ressort sono un po' care, comunque grazie alla cucina presente nelle camere e' possibile comprare da mangiare nei negozi e cucinare proprio conto risparmiando un sacco di soldi. I negozi non sono vicinissimi ma sono comunque raggiungibili con taxi. Il sistema di trasporto pubblico SAFARI e' buono ed economico, (si paga 1$...
