“Air conditioning was great and shower was always hot. It’s not your luxury hotel experience but for the location in town and the price it’s a phenomenal choice for a vacation on St Thomas. “For my stay there it was very uncomfortable, not one day my room was clean. They brought the towel and left it on the porch, when I called the receptionist she was very rude about it and she told me she was going to send someone and she never did.”

“This is a great place and a great value. If I could change only one little thing it would be to get the water in the shower a little more hot; it’s not cold but not quite hot—a little over lukewarm. I’m sure this could be a quick fix from a maintenance engineer. There is a little road noise, as well, which you can’t help being that close to the main road. “This was a place that I would return too. The breakfast was great, and Marshall Bishop is the owner and the michelin star main chef. He was a really cool host and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. If your traveling with a party of 2 I would say just use taxis to get around, but a rental car would make more sense for a larger group.”

“What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027!”
