“We loved this house and the location! It was perfect for us! The house was very clean and well stocked with basics. It's location right along the river was just so nice - there is a big patio door and each morning we would watch the sun rise. The community dock was nice and far away enough from our house that other people being on that dock was not bothersome to us. We would highly recommend this place! It is 1/5 miles from the beach but that didn't bother us. It was a very short bike ride...

“The property was amazing! Very clean and has everything you need for a stay. The pullout couch was even comfortable. The location was ideal being that you can walk to the beach. Which is a must because parking on Sanibel is impossible. The bikes were fantastic! The fact that you did not need a key or key card to get into the unit was really nice. One less thing to have to carry around and potentially lose. The ice cream shop next door was great as well as the bagel sub shop next door as well!...

“The location was great as it was convenient and close to the public beaches. The small pool and hot tub were nice and the beach chairs, towels, and washer/dryer were wonderful additions. Unfortunately, we had problems that were not adequately addressed, despite letting our host know. When we tried to lock the doors, they would not lock properly despite following key code directions. We think it was a battery issue but can’t be sure. Most upsetting and inconvenient was that the front bathroom...
