“We loved this house and the location! It was perfect for us! The house was very clean and well stocked with basics. It's location right along the river was just so nice - there is a big patio door and each morning we would watch the sun rise. The community dock was nice and far away enough from our house that other people being on that dock was not bothersome to us. We would highly recommend this place! It is 1/5 miles from the beach but that didn't bother us. It was a very short bike ride...

“Great location for our needs! Very quiet neighborhood. Clean spacious rooms (lovebirds). Bathroom a little tight but no complaints for us. Propery is very cute. Would be great to have friends in other rooms! Bikes are convenient for a quick or longer ride. Wiki’s walkable for meals with Ice cream place next door. Check in instructions were easy to follow even getting in late. Would definitely stay again.”

The backyard was definitely the highlight, with a beautiful pool and plenty of space to unwind. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice. Lots of the island things to do were within...

“Fantastic stay in Old Naples. Kate provided excellent communication and the property was as listed. Very clean, good AC, and enough kitchen supplies to be comfortable. Nice to have beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella provided for. The advertised noise from the construction across the street was actually quite minimal. The only reason I would not give this property a 10, is that despite its fabulous location in walking distance to Third St and the beach, it is on a VERY busy corner with a 4 way...
