"LINGER LONGER" Casa lontano da tutto ....... La nostra cabina è un affascinante e accogliente 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni di casa in un tranquillo 1. 34 acri lotto con facile accesso con strada asfaltata e vialetto lastricato. Panorami mozzafiato di Longs Peak e Continental Divide. Montagne innevate, oltre 30 pini Ponderosa maturi sulla proprietà con affioramenti rocciosi e fiori selvatici. Goditi la giornata leggendo un libro sul ponte, sorseggiando un caffè o rilassandoti dopo una giornata di escursioni.

Durante i mesi di maggio fino alla fine di ottobre e alcune festività, la nostra casa viene affittata con un minimo di 7 notti per il sabato e il sabato successivo.

Nel nostro cortile vediamo spesso alci, cervi muli, lince rosse, coyote e occasionali orsi neri dal mazzo.
Questa bella casa offre un invitante soggiorno con comodi posti a sedere e un bellissimo caminetto a legna in muschio di roccia. Godetevi la cucina ben attrezzata con piano cottura elettrico, forno a microonde, frigorifero e lavastoviglie. Piatti, argenteria, pentole e padelle, caffettiera, tostapane e pentola di coccio ecc. Sono forniti.
Vengono forniti anche coperte, lenzuola, cuscini, federe e asciugamani.
Camera da letto 1 ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato 3/4 per includere una doccia.
Camera 2 ha un letto matrimoniale con cornice di registro.
La camera da letto 3 ha un letto matrimoniale / pieno su un telaio del letto in legno con due armadi.
Bagno completo fuori dal corridoio.
Il soggiorno accanto al camino offre anche un divano letto matrimoniale con un nuovo materasso in schiuma di memoria per ulteriore spazio per dormire. Mentre ti rilassi, goditi la TV a schermo piatto con DirectTV, lettore DVD e WiFi nel soggiorno. Il camino a legna offre uno spazio accogliente da visitare dopo una giornata di escursioni o semplicemente per rilassarsi. Se hai dei piccoli, viene fornito anche un pack and play. (Si prega di portare il proprio foglio / coperte per il pacchetto e giocare situato nell'armadio nella camera da letto n. 3)

Tremendously enjoyed our stay at Linger Longer and RMNP! It was nice to not have to navigate Estes Park traffic to get to the park, as the cabin is about as close to the Beaver Meadows entrance as you can get. I will say that the stall shower in the master bath is rather small, but you can simply use the full size bath/shower in the hallway bath if you prefer, and even without that option, it would be a small price to pay for such a great place. The cabin was very clean and comfortable, and the view is great. Communication with Aaron and Heidi was also great, and they were very quick to respond. My wife said she would easily stay here again if we ever come back, which is a high compliment. Loved it!

It was fantastic except for the bear that got into my SUV on the last night and left 2 doors wide open and ate some snacks ! Discussed with Aaron had to be a bear because no valuables were taken and there was trash everywhere. A very gentle bear by the way because all I saw was a little dust on the seats

If your planning a trip to Estes Park and visiting Rocky Mountain National Park you won't find a more perfect location than Linger Longer! The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. It truly feels like a home away from home. The views from the deck of Longs Peak and the continental divide are amazing and your just a few minutes from the Beaver Meadows entrance to the park. On our trip this year we saw six moose and tons of elk, which was surprising for late August. This was our forth stay at Linger Longer and we hope to make it again next year. We also had the pleasure of meeting our host, Aaron, who happened to be in Estes Park the day we were leaving. Thanks Aaron and Heidi for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

This is a very nice home and we have enjoyed staying there both times that we booked it. It's a very quiet neighborhood but is still very close to everything you need. We even made a new friend who owns the property next door. We would definitely consider staying here again. We've seen wildlife in the yard on both stays. Owners are very responsive if you have questions or issues.

Great place great time

The house was perfectly placed where we could do everything Rocky Mountain and Estes. We saw lots of wildlife, enjoyed hiking, and were in a great location to enjoy great restaurants. The view was spectacular from the porch and we had plenty of privacy. The hosts were very accommodating.

Fantastic views and close to Rocky Mountain Nat Park

My wife and I enjoyed our four night visit in May 2025. The very comfortable accomodations are located in a quiet part of town and close to everything, including the entrance to RMNP. Great communication from owner before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommended.

Cozy mountain house home away from home

This is such a great place to stay. This is our third year staying here and we hope to continue to always enjoy this mountain cabin. this cabin has everything you need. The views are fantastic and sitting on the deck is memorizing ! close to everything especially getting into Rocky Mountain national Park. This cabin is on the quiet side of town. We love the hosts. They are great people and really care about you having a great time ,being comfortable and most of all feeling welcome.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin in Estes Park. Communication was excellent. Location was convenient to town and Rocky Mountain National Park. Relaxing with great access to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park

The Linger Longer property is an excellent place to relax. The spacious great room and deck provided ample opportunity to relax and take in great views of the mountains. The location has easy access to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. The house, bedrooms, and bathrooms were very clean and everything was ready upon our arrival.

Wish we could linger longer

Fanstastic cabin! Extremely clean and extremely comfortable! We had a wonderful week. The property is within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurant, and gift shops. A 5 min drive into Estes Park, and equally close to the Bear Lake entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We have been to Estes Park 3 times now, This is our favorite spot by far! We saw bobcat, elk, and deer from the porch. The view of Longs Peak and Mt. Meeker are stunning - especially in the morning. The hosts were very reachable and the check-in was smooth and easy. Fast Wi-Fi, Direct TV and of course other apps as long as you use your own log-in. Can't wait to come back!

Rocky Mountain Retreat

Our family of five traveled to Colorado to tour college campuses and explore Rocky Mountain National Park. This home was perfectly located near the Park entrance and equal distance between the two schools my sons were visiting. The home had everything we needed. We enjoyed evenings sitting on the deck to take in the Mountain views, watch for wildlife, and see the stars of the night sky. We visited the local market to cook a few dinners in the well stocked kitchen, and also enjoyed a few area restaurants suggested by the owners. Our highlight was rising early to hike in the park each day, our favorite was reaching the peak of Mount Chiquita. We will definitely choose Linger Longer again on our next stay in Estes Park.

100% would stay here again!

Such a great spot to stay in Estes Park if you're planning on spending the majority of your time exploring Rocky Mountain National Park! You cannot beat the location & distance from the Beaver Meadows (main) park entrance! The views of the mountains from the front windows/front porch are breathtaking. We stayed with our 2.5 year old who loved seeing the mountains every morning & night (& greeted them appropriately!). The cabin is cozy, well loved & overall was very clean! Check in & out process was a breeze! We would 100% stay here again if we're ever back to visit RMNP!! Thank you!!

Winter Getaway

We loved everything about this cabin! The view, the coziness, and the daily view of the neighborhood deer showing up in the yard. To top it off it’s right by the park and one of my favorite coffee shops, Coffee On The Rocks! We enjoyed grabbing a cup of coffee right before or after hitting the trails each day and coming home to a nice fire in the afternoon/evening. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, and we always enjoy staying in their cabins. Not a single thing I can complain about!

Comfy and gorgeous views!

They had everything we needed and the views were breathtaking! Be aware of stairs to get in to the house as well as a couple stairs in the house. It was tricky for my disabled mother but wouldn’t deter us from staying again. We got some snow that made travel for us Texans a little tricky but Aaron called to check on us and had a snow truck out in no time. Thanks guys!

Stay at Linger Longer

Great house, great location! Close to RMNP for hiking. Wonderful wood burning fireplace for evening gathering. Great views right from house. Very good communication with home owners.
