Questa è una delle più recenti proprietà VRBO di Estes Park. Abbiamo acquistato questa proprietà a luglio 2015. La struttura dispone di oltre 3700 piedi quadrati ed oltre ad una grande camera familiare con un camino, ha una stanza scrapbooking / artigianale o conferenze con posti a sedere per 12.

È registrato con il programma n. 6092 della casa vacanze di Estes Park.

Puoi accedere a questa proprietà entrando nelle cabine di Streamside a 1260 Fall River Road e superando il loro ufficio sul nostro viale privato.

La casa è aggiornata e in ottime condizioni.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e bagno annesso e ampia cabina armadio.

Ci sono tre camere da letto al piano superiore con 2 letti singoli in ogni camera.

Al piano inferiore ha due camere da letto. Una camera ha un letto matrimoniale mentre l'altra camera ha una regina con due letti a castello. Le camere da letto al piano inferiore hanno il proprio bagno. C'è anche una sala giochi con un tavolo da ping pong.

La cucina ha un doppio forno in acciaio inossidabile, piano cottura elettrico e frigorifero inossidabile. La sala da pranzo è enorme e ha un tavolo per banchetti che può ospitare comodamente 12 persone.

C'è una sala idromassaggio interna che può ospitare fino a quattro persone fuori dagli elementi.

C'è un garage per auto doppia con un frigorifero di ricambio per la vostra convenienza.

Ci sono più ponti su cui rilassarsi e persino una veranda / veranda coperta chiusa con fantastiche vedute della gamma grumosa.

La casa è privata e fa il backup di Old Man Mountain, che consente di avere molto spazio per fare escursioni ed esplorare, appena fuori dalla porta sul retro.

The stay was awesome! Great hosts! Always plenty of firewood, towels & blankets. They even have shampoo, creme rinse, & soap in case you forgot yours We stay every year, their place feels very cozy! Thanks for another great stay!

Our group had a great experience. The BIG DEAL Company event planning team loved having a quiet space to meet and work on goal setting for the upcoming year. The house had a great layout and was comfortable and clean. The workspace was well equipped for presentations, the dining and family room areas were perfectly sized.

This is the perfect house for large family gathering. Kitchen has everything you will need and place settings for at least 12. Pots,pans, mixer, crockpot. Multiple coffee makers so we were able to make decaf and caf at the same time. The hot tub is perfect-accessible from indoors. Wildlife everywhere-elk and deer. The bedrooms are not on the living level so no problem with everyone on a different sleep schedule. The "work" room has numerous tables for games and crafts and WiFi supported the three that we're working remotely. We are an active family and most of us walked into town everyday. There is a separate pedestrian path so you are never walking on the side of the road, the entrance to RMNP is a short drive from the house as well.

Family Vacation

This house is a great for a large family. This is a repeat stay for us as we enjoyed this house so much last year. It is spacious, clean and completely stocked with everything you need. The bonus "conference" room was great for the kids to color, play games and watch tv. The location is safe and private. The river is a short walk away. I highly recommend this house!

Family reunion

Very spacious, with lots of room for all 4 of our families! Saw lots of wildlife, and loved everything. But I must say, I especially liked the pesky Red-Headed Woodpecker jack-hammering the metal gutters right outside our bedroom at 6:00 AM! Nature lives here indeed!

Great Family Retreat

Well suited to our kids and grandkids. Very accommodating hosts. Good location - close to town, RMNP, and Cinnamons! Loved the game room. Super big dining room table. Comfortable all around and met our needs. Highly recommend. Will plan to return.

Amazing house, plenty of space, great location

My brother and I stayed here with our wives and children, 11 people in all. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The house was well equipped and stocked. The pictures were not bad, but I thought the house was even better than pictured a good mix of community spaces and personal/sleeping spaces. The location is great for Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park.

Winter Wedding Weekend

Perfect for our family stay

Excellent property. Perfect for my family to stay nearby for our January wedding at Della Terra. Somewhat hard to find due to the gps not identifying some roads. It’s tucked away from the main road. Property manger were very responsive and accommodating. Property is beautiful, well kept and ready for guests. There were even pack and plays and high chairs for my baby niece. That makes it so convenient. The fireplace was awesome, nice wrap around porch to enjoy your morning coffee. Plenty of space to spread out, blankets to stay warm. 3.5 bathrooms for all of us. My family was very pleased. If we’re ever in estes park again in need of a place to stay for all of us, we would definitely feel good about booking this again.

Christmas/New Year

Has a hot tub! Close to downtown! Cozy house with a fireplace. Family loves going there, this will be our 3rd year! Nice conference room to play family games in. Deer and turkeys roam the property. Awesome property!

Great stay

We stayed here for a family birthday get together, and we had the best time! The house is perfect for a large group, and we all had plenty of space! Some wild turkeys walked through the property a couple times, and we also saw a bull elk right down the driveway. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was just perfect for our large family. Plenty of space in the living room and dining room. So many beds for all the children and separate spaces to spread out. Loved the craft room for the little kids to color and do crafts. The house was very clean. We were pleasantly surprised to wake up to a bunch of elk sleeping in our yard. We were close to the RMNP entrance and had minimum wait to get in. It was close to town but felt secluded. This was our first stay in Colorado, it is absolutely beautiful! If this is your first trip here, we recommend a couple things.. a good first hike is Lilly Lake. Absolutely beautiful and was easy and exciting for the little ones. Talking to the park rangers at the visitor station was super helpful. They had a map and highlighted things that work well for large families with little children. We did almost get ourselves in a dangerous situation. Walking through upper Beaver Meadows towards dusk, there were a lot of aggressive Elk wandering through, September is rut season for them, thankfully we got to the van safely where we could watch them fight at a safe distance. There were many Elk , turkey, and deer wandering that meadow towards evening. It’s not a bad idea to have a can or two of bear spray on hand. We would definitely stay at this house again!!
