    Experience riverside serenity at this luxury mountain-modern home on Fall River, just 1 mile from Rocky Mountain National Park and a short walk to downtown Estes Park. The spacious home features 3 king suites upstairs, a bunk room on the main floor, 4 baths, and an ADA-friendly main bath. Gather in the gourmet kitchen with leathered granite counters and hickory cabinets, or relax in the great room with riverstone fireplace and wet bar. Step outside to the wraparound deck with an 8-person hot tub and enjoy wildlife, trout in the river, and spectacular views. RV garage and ample parking available. Perfect for families or intimate groups (max 10). No smoking or pets. Exterior cameras onsite. We reserve the right to cancel reservations.

This is our 2nd year of staying at this home for our leadership retreat. It's such a great house and location in Estes Park. We hope to stay here for many years. This house and location were perfect for our family gathering. The house was so well stocked with many thoughtful amenities. Karine was very easy to communicate with and the local maintenance contact was prompt to come help us when the pilot light was out on the fireplaces. We had a wonderful time!

Quiet and peaceful

The home is pretty, well equipped, clean and peaceful. There is a small stream flowing just behind the back porch and frequented by deers often. The host is very responsive and you’ll find everything that you would need for your vacation stay.

Family Reunion

Our two daughters and their families joined us for a long-awaited vacation and it didn’t disappoint. Plenty of room in the house for the cousins to play games together while the adults just read or socialized. Hot tub was fun! Easy access to RMNP and Estes Park downtown. Perfect vacation setting.

Perfect Getaway!

This was a perfect getaway for our annual girls trip. The pictures do not do this house justice. It was in a perfect location, super clean and had all the amenities we could ask for plus more. We will definitely be staying here again!!
