"Casa per le vacanze della Città di Estes Park con licenza - Permesso n. 3289" Venite a godervi questa bella, unica casa di montagna con posti letto per un massimo di dieci ospiti. La casa ha un caldo e accogliente camino in pietra naturale color rosso Colorado e molti servizi, come tre ponti. Questa casa è dotata di una TV a parete, cavo / internet wireless e lettore DVD. La sala da pranzo ha un grande tavolo da pranzo in legno con sedie per otto. La cucina completamente attrezzata ha tutto il necessario per cucinare un pasto semplice o una festa elaborata. Ha bellissimi armadi hickory con controsoffitti a blocco del macellaio, una stufa a superficie liscia a quattro fuochi con forno e forno a microonde oltre la portata. Ci sono tre grandi camere da letto al livello principale, una con un letto king size, una con un letto matrimoniale e una con un letto a castello * (doppio sul fondo e singolo in alto) e una culla pieghevole - mobile a qualsiasi camera e un divano letto queen size nella stanza anteriore. La "Guest Room / Studio" ** (quarta camera da letto) è configurata come seconda area di soggiorno indipendente completamente arredata con il proprio bagno, un letto di tronchi queen-size, una zona salotto / TV con un divano futon, una zona pranzo con tavolo e sedie, cucina con forno elettrico con forno a microonde, frigorifero e bagno con doccia. Questa configurazione è perfetta per le vacanze con i nonni o un'altra coppia o solo una stanza in più per tutti.

Su uno dei tre ponti, puoi gustare una tazza di caffè, un pasto o semplicemente sederti e goderti i raggi del sole e goderti un bellissimo ambiente di montagna mentre leggi un libro e guardare cervi e alci vagare per l'area e forse anche un orso. Sono inclusi; griglie a gas esterne, pozzi antincendio a legna e a gas, seggiolone per bambini e culla portatile "pack-n-play".

Rocky Mtn Nat'l park visit

myself and 3 friends stayed 3 nights for a visit to RMNP. The house was perfect, great location, views and a beautiful deck. We wished we could have stayed longer. Marvin was very accomodating.

Excellent cabin, gorgeous views, walkable neighborhood and very well furnished house.

House was very well furnished with kitchen stuff, bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. The bedroom even had a high chair. Really comfortable stay, beautiful location close to markets and gorgeous views.

We found the cabin to be perfect for us. Everything was clean and there wasn’t anything we didn’t need. Loved the downstairs extra room that gave my husband and I privacy while traveling with our friends. Would definitely book here again!

We had a great family vacation staying in this cabin. Marvin was very nice and welcoming! The home is very clean and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. We enjoyed all the animals that came by to visit us as well! Thank you for the hospitality!

Family Time

Great location in Estes Park! House was really spacious. We were there only two and half days so didn’t even have time to enjoy the deck and fire pits - we were so tired from long fun days in Rocky Mountain National Park. Hosts are lovely and responsive also.

Great, clean place. Wildlife is out in the backyard in the AM. Lots of room more than ample supplies. Would definitely stay here again. Entrance to Bear Lake side of RMNP is straight up the main road from the house.

Beautiful house

This house is even better than it looks from the pictures. Plenty of space for our extended family (three adults and four teenagers in our group). The house is beautifully updated and had everything we needed for a great stay. Beautiful property - we loved all the decks and hammocks. We saw lots of elk and deer around the house during our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This place is close to everything but situated to where you can avoid the Main Street area if you’re not going there. Great outdoor setup too! Lots of seating.

This was the perfect property for our annual Elk Rut trip to Estes. We normally stay in cabins off Fall River but decided to give a home rental a try this time, and Im glad we did. Lots of comfy space in this house. There were also lots of places outside to just hang out and enjoy the wonderful weather. There are several gas fire pits outside, a swing that my son really enjoyed, horseshoe, and cornhole games to play. We also observed several large Elk in the area. It was quite enjoyable sitting on the deck at night listening to the Elk bugles. The house was very clean and seemed to be well maintained. The Bear Room was great for kids as there was a twin/full size bed and bunk beds on the opposite side of the room. Plenty of towels were provided. Overall, this was a great experience and will not hesitate to stay here again!

Breathtaking

We had a great experience from arrival to exit. Marvin and Pat were very helpful explaining where things were. Any concerns were quickly addressed. Their home was clean with everything we needed for the stay. A small herd of elk visited everyday along with a mama deer and her baby. RMNP was a couple of miles away. We grilled, made S'mores and we made memories.

Family trip to RMNP

Marvin is a fabulous host. Met us at arrival. showed us where everything was located. Hints for fireworks viewimg on the 4th of July. Property was exactly as pictured. Three families 5 grandchildren. Cornhole and horseshoes. Two grilles, two fire pits for smores and stories. A great swing. Coffee in the morning on the deck.

We couldn't have been more comfortable! The home was clean and roomy. We brought food (frozen casseroles and stuff for the grill), everything else was there and at our fingertips. Marvin was a great host. He checked in on us to ensure our comfort. Elk greeted us in the front yard on day one; mule deer bedded down under the deck on a couple of other days....God's country! Great neighborhood. Just can't say enough. We'll be back!

great house for family with kids

We were traveling to Estes Park to visit family nearby and Rocky Mt National Park. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 5 (parents, 11-year-old, 9-year-old, 1-year-old) and to host dinner for my brother and his family of four. We enjoyed smores (ingredients provided by the host!) and dinner both indoors and outdoors on the deck and outside near the gas fire pit. My daughter especially enjoyed the moose/bear/elk themed decor in each bedroom. We forgot to close small propane tank after grilling one evening and then became alarmed by the smell. We figured out what the problem was fairly quickly, but the host was also very responsive when we reached out to him. The location was conveniently close to a grocery store and to the Beaver Meadows Entrance Station of the National Park. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! :)

Family and Friends visiting for Our Wedding

This Place was absolutely PERFECT for our family and friends to stay and be together for the Week of our Wedding. Everything we all needed was provided and accessable. Great location to town and Events. We had an absolute blast. We BBQ, played games, music, dancing. Everything was perfect, Beautiful place to make everyone feel at home. The Host did everything and more to make us feel welcome and our wedding stay a hit! Thank you so very much for everything. This is a perfect place to stay with family or even a small group for 2-3 nights or even a week. This property was perfect for our trip. Marv and Pam were excellent hosts. They checked on us and gave us some excellent ideas for our time while we were there. Estes Park is absolutely beautiful! We had deer in the yard every morning and evening. The fire pit made for an excellent evening of relaxation. The house has everything you could need for cooking and grilling. The beds are comfortable. The fireplace was very nice. My granddaughter loved it. The baby gate was much appreciated and so was the high chair. The pictures and description of this home do not do it justice. We comfortably had 8 adults and an 19 month old there. We couldn’t have been more satisfied. You won’t regret booking this home with this host.

Perfect

The house was better than listed pics and description. We had everything we needed and much more. There was plenty of space for our large family. We had the basement additional space and it was nice for my son with family and new baby to have privacy and a full kitchen in it to wash and prepare bottles. The baby never woke anyone up upstairs. We enjoyed playing cornhole every night and toasted marshmallows for s’mores over the propane fire pit ring. You can tell that Marvin and his wife put a lot of thought into knowing exactly what a family needs. It felt very homey to us. It was exactly what our family needed. Daily sightings of wildlife right from the deck were awesome! Btw, everyone said their beds were very comfy.
