The over all intent of the house was good. The beds, baths and hot tub and most of the back patio was nice. Having our meals there were doable but sitting on metal bar stools for all of our meals wasn't very comfortable. The game"room" in the garage was also nice but there was a strong Odor so the doors needed to stay open. The stove was a challenge to find the " off" position and we smelled gas most of the time so left windows open while we were at the house day and night. The curb appeal is terrible. The house is on a very busy street and traffic all day and all night was not our idea of a mountain get away. The location not specific until day of check in. ...And we chose this over a river property... ??? Photos are more flattering than the property deserves.

Fantastic house and outdoor area. Unfortunately it was quite warm during the week we were there (high 70’s and low 80’s) which made the 2nd bedroom virtually unusable. Facing east the morning sun had the room over 80 degrees by 8 am. Difficult to leave windows open at night in that room due to road noise. Due to the warm temperatures we did not utilize the hot tub or fire pits. The house would be incredible without the heat. Would definitely stay again at a different time of year.

Beautifully done house, appreciate the labels that were made so guests know what is what. Plenty of games for those rainy afternoons. Plenty of blankets and extras in the closets.

Great Stay in Estes Park

Our multi-generational family enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The kids loved the game room and the hot tub. The location was extremely convenient both to town and Rocky Mountain National Park (Fall River and Beaver Meadows entrances). There was also a great view out of the front window. The cabin was clean and items were clearly labeled.

Our wedding trip!

We absolutely loved the house as well as the attention to detail. The outdoor area was beautiful and great for hanging out with family after celebrating our wedding in RMNP! So happy with our stay and we will definitely be back

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rustic Dream Cabin. It had everything we needed for our stay and the location was perfect. We lived the back yard area with all the seating, it was a great place to eat and hang out. The house was super clean. We would recommend they put out a few more hot tub towels, that was the only issue we had, and probably was just an oversight as they had absolutely everything else thought of and taken care of. You can definitely feel good about booking this one!!

Rustic Dream

Our family loved the Rustic Dream Cabin. Check in and out was easy. Beautiful view out the front window and close to restaurants, shopping and fun things to do. It was relaxing and beautiful to get in the hot tub in the evenings. Game garage was fun. We were sad to leave and already want to go back.

Anniversary Trip

We wanted a place with more to offer than a hotel room. This is a lovely home. Well equipped. Very clean. The games and hot tub were fun. Deer visited the backyard. Dan was just a text away. Highly recommend for couples, friend group or a family.

Great Estes Park Rental

We LOVED staying here! The home was beautiful and we loved having the hot tub to sit in, at the end of the night. The location is centrally located and so close to RMNP. Dan was wonderful and so attentive and helpful for our trip. I’ll be booking again with him when we come back!

Family visit to RMNP

We had a great stay here while our family of four visited the national park. We had everything we needed to be comfortable between visits to the park. The owner was proactively communicative and responsive. Good recommendations we enjoyed Cinnamons, Bird and Jim, and Ziggies coffee We did not cook but used the kitchen for breakfast and packing lunches. Fire features in the back yard and games in the garage were a hit.
